    <p>As reported in the Dallas Business Journal, Foreclosure rates in the Dallas area increased year-over-year in July, according to data released Tuesday from CoreLogic. The foreclosure rate in the Dallas area is lower than the national rate of 3.44 percent and the Texas rate of 1.55 percent.</p>
<p>The Dallas area mortgage delinquency rate of more than 90 days has also decreased to 4.76 percent in July year-over-year from 5.25 percent, according to the data.
