As reported in the Dallas Business Journal, Foreclosure rates in the Dallas area increased year-over-year in July, according to data released Tuesday from CoreLogic. The foreclosure rate in the Dallas area is lower than the national rate of 3.44 percent and the Texas rate of 1.55 percent.
